The Mazatlán is Sandoval's raffia cowboy hat — lighter in texture, just as bold in spirit. Handwoven from 100% natural raffia straw by artisans in Mexico. The tightly woven construction keeps it breathable and durable through the longest days. A rodeo favorite for a reason.

Elastic inner band
Sandoval hats have an elastic band on the inside, which allows our hat sizes to fit multiple head circumferences. The elastic band conforms to your head circumference and provides extra wearing comfort.
Free hat size reducers
Receive 2 complimentary foam hat size reducers with every order, which reduces the hat size with 1cm and ensures a snug fit for your hat. Ideal for slight adjustments to the inner circumference.
How do I know my hat size?
Discover your size with a measurement tape. Position the tape above your ears and exactly around your head where you want to wear the hat's brim.

Free shipping to the Netherlands and Germany.
For other destinations, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Orders are shipped from Amsterdam via tracked delivery.

Orders are prepared within 2–3 business days and shipped from Amsterdam.

We want you to love your Sandoval hat. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Size Exchanges
Free within Europe. If the fit isn't perfect, contact us and we'll arrange a new size at no cost. For orders outside Europe, exchange shipping costs are covered by the customer.
Returns
We accept returns for products in new and unused condition within 30 days of delivery.
For defective or damaged products: no cost to you. We'll provide a free prepaid return label.
For all other returns (wrong order, change of mind): return shipping costs are charged to the customer. We'll send the return label via email for you to download and print.
