What are the shipping costs?
We offer free shipping to the Netherlands and Germany.
For other destinations, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
All orders are shipped from Amsterdam via tracked delivery.
What is the delivery time?
All orders are prepared within 2–3 business days and shipped from Amsterdam.

We want you to love your Sandoval hat. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Size Exchanges
Free within Europe. If the fit isn't perfect, contact us and we'll arrange a new size at no cost. For orders outside Europe, exchange shipping costs are covered by the customer.
Returns
We accept returns for products in new and unused condition within 30 days of delivery.
For defective or damaged products: no cost to you. We'll provide a free prepaid return label.
For all other returns (wrong order, change of mind): return shipping costs are charged to the customer. We'll send the return label via email for you to download and print.

Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving and verifying the returned product.

How can I return an order from the USA?
f you need to return an order from the USA, we have a return address within the country to make the process easier for you. Please contact our customer service team to initiate the return and receive the return address details. Ensure that the item is in its original condition and packaging. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange as per our return policy.
How Can I Return an Order from the UK?
Starting from 2025, some UK orders may be subject to import taxes. In the case of a return and refund, any applicable import taxes will be deducted from your refund amount.

All of our hats are carefully handcrafted in the heart of Mexico. The art of hat-making is a centuries-old tradition in Mexico, passed down from generation to generation in small family businesses.

Our hats are made from fine natural materials such as high-quality palm straw.
The difference
What makes Sandoval hats different?
Most straw hats on the market are machine-made from generic fibers. Even many labeled "Made in Mexico" use green palm — lightweight but prone to losing its shape over time.
Sandoval hats are handwoven from Sahuayo palm straw, one of the rarest and most refined natural fibers in the world.
The straw goes through a drying and curing process that makes it stiffer, more durable, and longer-lasting.
Every hat is shaped by hand, one by one, by artisans in Michoacán, México, who've dedicated their lives to this craft.
The result: a hat that holds its shape for years, gets better with wear, and carries the full weight of a centuries-old tradition.
