Exchanges & returns
Do you accept exchanges & returns?
We're happy to offer exchanges & refunds within 30 days of delivery.
Returns must be in their original packaging, unworn, and with all tags attached.
A return shipping fee to our US or European address will apply and will be calculated in the returns portal.

Where are the hats made?
All of our hats are carefully handcrafted in the heart of Mexico. The art of hat-making is a centuries-old tradition in Mexico, passed down from generation to generation in small family businesses.
What are the hats made of?
Our hats are made from fine natural materials such as high-quality palm straw, wheat straw, sea grass and wool.
Do you use leather or fur?
Sandoval hats do not contain any leather or fur.
Is a wool or felt hat resistant to rain?
While our wool and felt hats can withstand light rain, heavy rain may cause some damage.
