We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. We also accept exchanges.
Product Conditions
We accept returns or exchanges only for products in new and unused condition.
Return Period
The return period is 30 days from the receipt of the product.

Returns can be made via mail.
Return Costs
For defective products: No cost to the customer. For defective or damaged products, we will provide a free prepaid label for the return. This includes products damaged during transit or with other defects.
For customer decisions: The actual return shipping costs will be charged to the customer if the item was ordered by mistake, is the wrong size, or is no longer wanted. The return label will be sent via email; you can download and print it.

Sorry, nog geen foto, helaas,. Maar ik ben erg blij met deze hoed, uitstekende pasvorm en qua uitstraling net dat extraatje waarmee luxe en kwaliteit het onderscheid maakt ten opzichte van op het oog "dezelfde " goedkopere hoeden. Naar aanleiding van een aantal vragen die ik had, kan ik zeggen dat de service en reacties op mijn vragen, mijn verwachtingen echt overtroffen. Voor iedereen op zoek naar een luxe (zonne)hoed zou ik Sandoval echt aanraden.
Ik heb de Holbox gekocht. Prachtige hoed. Precies waar ik naar op zoek was en de kwaliteit is uniek.
